I'm currently translating a deed of sale in which the vendor is informing the purchaser of the results of an asbestos survey, by providing information on the asbestos-containing materials and products identified at the sale property. These include lagging identified at the following location: 'terrace réseaux EG Sortie Groupe froid départ et retour'. I'm afraid this is the only context I have, as the text appears in a table, with no additional information. I have capitalised the words exactly as they appear in the source text, although don't know whether that will help at all … I will be happy to post additional questions if necessary, but am afraid that I am unsure as to how to break down the whole thing. I understand that a 'terrace réseaux' might be a flat roof for machinery (I believe this question has been asked in the past) and could hazard a guess that the latter part relates maybe to some form of inlet and outlet. So my question essentially relates to 'EG Sortie', although I prefer to post all of the information I have to hopefully save time.

I'm fairly confident about the individual terms, but less confident how they all go together
EG = eaux grises = bath/sink waste (i.e. not toilet / sewerage = EN = eaux noires ou vannes)
groupe froid = refrigeration unit/plant (also chiller, but it helps if you know what it is for, i.e. cold rooms, freezers, HVAC, etc.)
départ / retour = usually flow and return (in some contexts, outgoing / incoming feeds — but not here!)

It is logical that the refrigerant flow/return feeds should be lagged, in order to "keep the cold in"(!)
It is less obvious to me why bath/sink waste would need to be lagged, unless there is a long, fairly horizontal exposed external run in a position liable to freeze.
I imagine that 'terrasse' simply refers to the location of these particular installations; of course, 'terrasse' in FR can have different translations, but there's not a lot you can do without more detailed knowledge of the specific building.
