Then the text indicates: Tube welded on plate 70 x 70 mm and (translated so farnow comes thr French part) ÉCUYERS ø 20 mm.
What is an écuyer? I looked it up on the internet without success... everytime referring to JOKEYS and Horses. Don't know where to look! Please help!
