Silly little 6 word phrase - scandinavian lang? to english?

Please believe me when I say I am a translator, but I usually translate latin languages to English. This is a 6 word phrase that was sent to my mobile phone. I have no idea what is meant and I hope it's not rude ;) I think its been sent to me by mistake. The phrase is:

What language is this from? The message was from phone code 0037 ...

I did a search for Sveiku* and most of the sites that pulled up had the .lt country domain extension which is lithuanian. Were you ever able to solve your mystery mobile message?
