Kävellen hengästymättä vastaanotolle

Finnish to English Other Medical (general)
An excerpt from medical patient notes:

"
Yleistila hyvä. Kävellen hengästymättä vastaanotolle. Puhuu hengästymättä lauseita.
"

I'm having trouble with the second sentence.

Does it mean "Walked to the doctor's office [= "surgery" in UK English] without getting out of breath" -- i.e., a description of how the patient arrived at the medical facility?

Or, could it be describing a test that the doctor did at the facility, involving a walk to the reception area (another possible translation of "vastaanotto")?

Thanks

walking to the doctor's office without getting out of breath

You are correct: walking to the doctor's office without getting out of breath. Can speak sentences without losing my breath.
Peer comment(s):

agree Anu Carroll : It's a general observation of the patient, not some kind of test.
