All of the above translators have used the Arabic word “bayan” to translate the English word “explain”, which is wrong. “Bayan” in Arabic means: Clearness; plainness; obviousness; Koran; communiqué; etc. etc. “Tshreeh karna”
(from Arabic word “Shrh” or even better use “Taozeeh daena” (from Farsi word “Wazahat” ) is more appropriate.
