I have researched for about 15 minutes on this, and it don´t seem like we write something about "peel-open" in Swedish.

In my understanding there are mainly only two types of packaging used for sterile medical equipment: rigid blister packaging (blåsförpackning) with aluminium back, and flexible bags with medical grade paper and plastic.

These are called "sterilpåse" in Swedish.
