Hi there!
I am trying to translate the following text from English to Spanish, but there is a term I can't find how to translate it, because I can't find in Spanish what it refers to. The term is "arcing" and the context is the following:
Anomalous electric discharge (arcing) during sputter deposition
is the main cause of defect in the manufacture
of electronic devices and therefore the reduction of arcing is
strongly needed. The arcing is considered to be
induced by the inclusion in a sputtering target, but no systema
tic study has been performed yet to elucidate the
relation between the property of inclusion and the arcing.
Could anybody help me please to know what the term "arcing" is called in Spanish?
Thank you so much in advance!
