Estoy traduciendo un manual de ventiladores y aires acondicionados. Esta parte es sobre la bobina de intercambio de calor (heat exchange coil). El contexto es el siguiente:
With copper tubes and high exchange surface area aluminium fins, with hydophilic treatment.
Mi versión un tanto dudosa sería:
Con tubos de cobre y aletas de aluminio para intercambio alto en superficie, con tratamiento hidrofílico.
