Drivers will conduct themselves in proper manners at all times. They must behave in line with the internal policies of the Contractor and in line with Client's polices and conduct of behaviour. The drivers shall follow formal “smart casual” dress code at all times. The drivers must be rested, in tidy clothes, and appear refreshed prior to every ride. They must be well presented, polite, courteous and discreet.
