Applicability:
This guidance applies to:
Youth programs, which include but are not limited to:
Programs operated by political subdivisions or governmental entities that offer programming for middle school-age children ages 11 and older.
Enrichment programs serving school-age children (K-12)
This guidance does not apply to:
Programs required to follow the Health and Safety Guidelines for Child Care and Early Education Operating During COVID-19 issued by the Office of Child Care and OHA.
License-exempt child care for children through 12 years of age when **parents are onsite**.
These programs should refer to the Health and Safety Guidance for Family, Friend, and Neighbor license exempt approved ODHS child care providers providing child care during COVID-19.
Enforcement:
To the extent this guidance requires compliance with certain provisions, it is enforceable as specified in Executive Order No. 20-66, paragraph 10.
