Future Credit Confirmation for Booking ID.
This is to inform you that your ticket was sold as non-exchangeable. However, the airline policy says that cancelation is possible for a Future Credit, provided they are made 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled departure time.

Future flight credit is issued to customers who have canceled a reservation and want to rebook at a later date. Future flight credit can only be used by the same traveler whose name was on the original reservation.
