De obicei, ambele se traduc cu „conformitate”. Dar am un glosar, cu ambii termeni, deci nu îi pot traduce la fel:

Comment: "Mulţumesc pentru sugestie. Cred că o să mai aştept să văd termenii în context în toată traducerea, care este destul de mare. Probabil că o să rămân la respectare vs. conformitate. Conform nu merge, trebuie să fie două substantive"

In my experience, if this is any help, "compliance" is a word referring to strict adherence of a defined law or regulation, whereas "conformity" holds the same idea, but is used in a more general sense and does not always refer to the legal or regulatory elements of the issue.
