Finder's Fee Agreement vs. Commission Contract

Non-PRO English to Romanian Law/Patents Business/Commerce (general)
Care este diferenta intre cele doua. Nu sunt amandoua "contract de comision"? Eu am o statistica de tradus din engleza in romana si tot citesc definitiile celor doua, cu cat citesc mai mult cu atat intru mai mult in ceata. mie mi se pare ca sunt acelasi lucru insa in statistica mi le diferentiaza in sensul in care pentru Persona Fizica Autorizata imi pune mai multe Finder's Fee si pentru SRL-uri mai multe Commission Contract.mentionez ca documentul pe care trebuie sa-l traduc e o traducere din germana.

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (2): George C., Diana Coada (X)

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

A broker or commissioned salesperson gets paid a percentage of the sale made. Usually, such person acts as an agent for the owner of the goods or services sold. He becomes actively engaged with the sales process, supplying information to facilitate the sale, negotiates the contract, arranges financing, and completes paper work.

On the other hand, a finder simply introduces a buyer to a seller for a fee. He does not become involved in the sales process and is not an agent acting on behalf of the seller.
