X along with DININ and DICRE, perform an effective annual credit review in order to evaluate compliance with Bank's underwriting standards, credit risk controls, internal limits and overall adherence to credit policies and procedures; and to provide a classification of credits based on FRB criteria such as: pass, watch, other assets of special mention, substandard, doubtful or loss.
