Lavbygg
Quite a few references on Google - but I still wouldn't use it about parks and parking lots.

In a letter of recommendation, to say a person has worked on a number of building projects, among which low-rise construction projects, you would normally say "NN har arbeidet med et antall byggeprosjekter, inkludert lavbygg og offentlige anlegg". Anlegg is a handy word to cover everything from parking lots to water parks and public facilities.

lave byggverk
