English to Italian Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Injection mold

In injection molds, what is a Ejector Plate in Italian and what is a Stripper Plate. When I translate them they are the same word, but, on the actual mold they are two different plates. Does anyone have an answer?
