Ciao Giuli,
qui trovi alcuni esempi di come “killer concern” venga usato in ambito di “problem solving”/management (ma potrai trovarne molti altri in Rete):
If a **‘killer concern’** has been identified, the leader should confirm that the **concern does prevent the solution idea being adopted**. If this is true, a different solution idea should be selected and pursued.

b) Critical Concerns The problem's owner looks at benefits/concerns and checks if any are **critical/'killer' concerns** i.e. **SO serious/impractical** etc that they either necessitate modification of, or rule out, this course of action.

Identify if any of the concerns are **“killer concerns”** which means **the idea cannot be implemented**. If there are, go back and select next idea...

Personalmente, credo che mi orienterei per qualcosa sulla falsariga di:
identificando/sollevando/evidenziando problemi (questioni/problematiche, ecc.) chiave/seri/gravi, ecc.
e simili, a secondo di quello che meglio si adatta al tuo stile e al tuo contesto.
Mi sembra comunque che valga la pena sottolineare più la gravità del problema ("killer") che il numero di problemi sollevati.
**Killer**
adj.
Slang. **Having impressive or effective power or impact**; formidable: had a killer smile; made killer profits.
