I think you got that (ie Shuch Naya Baras) off the internet (I saw it too), but I don't think it sound right. It is a literal translation of Auspicious (Subh) New (Naya) Year (Baras).

The diffculty is that you would have to use different fonts for different Indian languages. North India is relatively homogenous with Hindi by far the most common language, but in the South you would have to cater to a multiplicity of languages & scripts
