To him and me respectively = Usey aor mujhey bari bari/ alag alag
(send a letter) to him and me respectively = Usey aor mujhey alag alag (patar bhejo)
(meet, see etc.) him and me respectively
= Usey aor mujhe bari bari (milo).
“Usey aor mujhey” can be replaced by “Usko aor mujhko”.

"To him and me respectively' would 'Usey aur mujhe ek ke baad ek'.

'Ek ke baad ek' convey the sense of something which 'follows one after the other'. Thus, it has the same meaning which 'respectively' has in English.
