Article [but please read on...]

English to Hebrew Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
In an Articles [תקנון] of a company, how should I call each of the "Articles" within it (stated by Roman numerals, e.g. "Article IX")?

"סעיפים" won't do, since there are also "sections" within this contract.

דורון, אני מבין את הבעייה ומאחר שציינת שמדובר במסמך היסוד של חברה הצעתי את "תקנון התאגדות". אני תומך בשימוש ב"סעיף" כתרגום של ARTICLE ולחפש בכל מקרה מונח סביר שייתאר את הרמה הגבוהה. זה יכול להיות חוזה, חוק, הסכם, תקנון התאגדות, מאמר וכל דבר דומה.

אני לא בטוחה אם זה התרגום הנכון, אבל מצאתי את זה במילון משפטי של ספרי וזו הייתה אופציה נוספת לצד "תקנון"
