Toolbox Talk – 5 Minutes for Safety
Discussion:
• When did the exposure/risk to the contractor increase?
Presenter Note: Potential answers:
1) Allowing the area to become congested due to storage and construction;
2) When the contractor moved backwards pulling the pallet jack;
3) When the associate decided to move the forklift without communicating with the contractor;
4) When the area was not clearly designed to have a separation between forklifts and pedestrians (best).
Others may come up in discussion.
Facilitator, please write any suggestions or questions/concerns that you are unable to answer below and forward to your local representative or enter items into Gensuite/Concern Reporting to flag the issue.

Baustellengespräch / Werkhallengespräch
Without a little more context, it is difficult to assess who the audience is. Are we talking about safety in a factory or at a construction site? It sounds more like the latter.
I thought about a translation closer to the English like, "Plausch aus der Werkzeugkiste" but was not too keen on that.
