Es ist, dieser Definition nach, durchaus möglich, dass der ganze Rumpf gemeint ist - Ellen Kraus hat dies wohl auch so verstanden - und solange die Fragerin keine Definition dessen liefert, was sie sucht, sehe ich keinen Grund, nicht bei dem Vorschlag "Rumpf" zu bleiben. Soweit ich die Angaben verstehe, bedeutet "turkey crown" mehr als Brustfleisch.
