Hi to everyone,
Here is what I have found in the glossary in the document :
Case: a sequence of radiological assessments (and optionally non-radiological tasks) for one patient using a common Reading Template
Other examples found in the document are as follows:
To remove a DICOM study from a case, press the minus button in the time point element
XXX contains an audit log that records all relevant changes to case data
Each time point in the case view represents a radiological assessment task
Non-radiological tasks
typically consist of documenting non-radiological aspects in case report forms.
I think the translation by "cas" is not to be chosen (but maybe I'm wrong). I also think "case study" is not what is meant here.
