disagree Daryo : "attribuer" would imply that that money was never meant to be kept by this "Newco" - we don't know anything about it either way

English term (edited): downstreamed to

retransferé à ...

retransferé [en aval?] à l'entité parent

Permitted Equity Injections made in cash to the Parent or to Newco and downstreamed to the Parent

des injections de [...] directement [à l'Entité parent / au Parent / à Société mère ...?] ou à la [NewCo] (qui ont été ensuite) retransferées [à l'Entité parent / au Parent / à Société mère ...?]

downstreamed to is a bit puzzling - that would imply that there is a "stream" i.e. a flow of money that should always be going in only one direction - so one side would be downstream and the other upstream.

What's even more puzzling (in absence of more context information) is that usually you would expect a Parent Entity to be the one upstream, not downstream.

Unless the rest of the text gives a justification for specifying "downstream/en aval" I would simply stick to a neutral "transferer à", or possibly "retransferer à" which would include this idea of a "stream" money coming in and keeping moving to to go out.

IOW I don't think that here "downstreamed" implies that there is some obligatory direction for moving the money (that there is some predetermined "downstream/aval"), I think it simply means as soon the money got in, it was passed on to someone else.
