English term
super tech agent
English to French
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
Business and IT at the same time.
This stands for a more qualified technician on the phone support platform who is likely to provide answers (and find solutions) for tougher issues, that other employees cannot deal with.
As you can see, I understand what it means, but does anyone have a good French definition for it?
Thank you for any possible help.
PS. It concerns problems with mobile phones.

"a more qualified technician on the phone support platform"
J'espère que ça aidera.

Do you see what I mean?
