For the avoidance of doubt, Ads exclude Branded Entertainment Arrangements.

اتفاقيات العروض الترفيهية الدعائية
العروض الترفيهية الدعائية عبارة عن ترويج لمنتج أو بضاعة أو أي شئ في شكل عرض ترفيهي بحيث يكون المنتج أو ما يتم الترويج عنه مدمج داخل قصة العرض الترفيهي . وهي تختلف عن الدعاية والإعلانات العادية التي يظهر فيها المنتج أو ما يتم الترويج عنه في شكل إعلان عادي منفصل عن قصة العرض الترفيهي.
Branded entertainment on the other hand is a relatively new term to describe a more contemporary, sophisticated use of product placement, and can been defined as the integration of advertising into entertainment content, whereby brands are embedded into story-lines of a film, television program, or other entertainment medium.
