: I think if the original term referred to abnormality alone, that the Dutch version would express something like 'geen afwijkingen gevonden', seems the term indicates 'nothing (noteworthy) of particular importance detected'

If written in full, it might say nil noteworthy or nil of note but abbreviation used is nad which doesn't really mean much different
