At first, I thought the term "on location" was pretty accurate. In cinema, it means (as you know, of course) that the scene or movie is shot outside the confines of a studio. Mutatis mutandi, the same could be said in regard to a theatrical performance.
But when I googled "on location performance", I came across another term that seemed more fitting: site-specific. See the link below for a definition.
I am aware that the term "site-specific" refers to those performances which can only be held outside a conventional theatre, whereas "locatievoorstelling" can refer to any old performance which happens to be put on in a setting other than a theatre. But in your context, i think it fits.

I already knew the term 'site specific', I have been involved in some!
Re my initial examples, the Trojan Women show takes place 'op locatie' in Scheveningen (there is a bus from the theatre).
So in most cases it does seem to mean 'site specific'. There is even apparently a Locatietheatergroep. But for a touring show…
The source doc also includes something written while the show was being developed:
Dit seizoen maakt hij bij Muzieklab Brabant … het locatieproject X waarin de
toeschouwer een dwaaltocht maakt door een labyrint van stemmen, beelden, scènes,
geuren en composities…
Maybe it is just a misuse of the word, after all so-called site specific shows in the UK are often later performed elsewhere.
