I believe the "Ish" is actually "I" which is Danish for *you* (plural) - the -sh ending is probably just interference from the following "skulle" ("sku").
In everyday speech, "skulle" is often pronounced "sku" (= should)
"hatt" is Norwegian = have had
"juling" is Norwegian = a beating.
