in my opinion a redundancy, as Anordning in itself already can mean decree.

neutral Kim Metzger : I assume you're basing your proposal on the German word Anordnung, which would not be translated as "decree" but as directive or ordinance. You would also have to be able to read and understand the entire Danish text presented here to offer s.th. useful.
