Danish term

Ukonditionsmæssige

Danish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) terms
Ukonditionsmæssige (tilbud)
Does anyone know if there's a neat, summarising term for this (which presumably means that a tender doesn't meet the conditions set because information is incomplete or inadequate)?
TIA

Discussion

Helen Johnson (asker) Jan 25, 2009:
More context in case it helps Tilbudsgiver er ikke berettiget til at tage forbehold (dvs. fravige udbudsmaterialet i sit tilbud), og tilbudsgiver gøres opmærksom på, at evt. forbehold indebærer risiko for, at XX må betragte tilbuddet som ukonditionsmæssigt.

non-compliant

The form of the word will depend on the exact context, but ukonditionsmæssighed is non-compliance according to http://ordbog.gyldendal.dk

Yep, non-compliant is fine in this context in my opinion.
