In the end I called it a 'Danish classic' because otherwise it would steal too much of the picture in my 50-word vignette of the restaurant, its facilities and its chef. But I wished I could give everyone points, because I have noted the other suggestions for when the menu comes up... if not for this client, then for another. Maybe for the sake of completing the glossary I should post questions about Sol over Gudhjem, Dyrlægens natmad and Stjerneskud? Have a nice weekend anyway! |
