Discussion

Hannah Geiger (X) Jun 25, 2012:
Dle § 171 odst. § 337 odst. 1 písm. e) tr. zákoníku.

Hannah Geiger (X) Jun 25, 2012:
Excuse me, colleagues, if I am mistaken, but there are three links used here. One from the Federal Court of USA in general, one from Florida and one from Pennsylvania. This being a legal text, I am not quite sure that it works. The self-surrender gives an option of a US marshall.

Thanks!
neutral Hannah Geiger (X) : well, I don't know. According to your links, it is either self-surrender or surrender, there is a difference, the US Marshall, for example. add 2) I see differences, IMO, I don't think that the Czechs have an appreciation, ling. and psych., for surrender
