This is written on a R.O.C driving licence. The "condition" used to be defined as A, B or C; however, this particular licence uses the word 'normal'. I suspect this means manual AND automatic transmission, but I would appreciate it if someone could refer me to the OFFICIAL R.O.C document which makes this definition explicit, as I cannot seem to find it. Thank you in advance.

It seems to me that it's more like the type of document that the user is obtaining in verses to rather its manual or automatic transmission. I think it's more like commercial license or a regular license
