Another point is that not only windows have double/triple glass/pane, but doors., etc., too. IMHO the double/triple glass/pane has its separate market and it is rather impossible to offer window(s)/door(s) without pane(s) than vice versa.

To Mark Cole: as I know, the double/triple glass/pane is indepndent of the frame and is fitted into it. It is almost impossible to produce both the glass and the frame and I think that the windows/doors manufacturers have to buy the glass. I will check.

I agree they could be wood frames. But I don't think anyone would offer the glass without the frames

neutral Ivan Klyunchev : Там е double/triple glazing of windows обаче, не само glazing, което си е остъкляване. За съжаление, в тия преводи (особено техническите) има доста грешки.
