Albanian term

e sdi qka të koft

Albanian to English Other Slang dialect
Another phrase from Kosova. On the web, I find it also with the spelling "qoftë" instead of "koft". Unfortunately this doesn't help me.

or it can also be "Don't see how this can be your business".

whatever (s)he might be for/to you

This could be a possible interpretation.
... e s'di çka të qoftë

or: no matter what (s)he might be for/to you.
The whole sentence (context) could be very helpful in order to sort this out.

Must admit that Fabiana's interpretation is worth of consideration.
Another possible approach could be: ...don't understand what's happening to you.
Note from asker:
There isn't much of a context. I omitted one word, though. The complete phrase is "e sdi qka të koft ty". It seems to be an expression of amazement. Could it mean "Now, what has got into your head"?
