any idea of the term in English? Last question, promise! Later in the contract is indicated End of DLP: reception travaux. I take it DLP is the English equivalent of DOE?

As the name suggests, information (particularly drawings) outlining how a project was actually built, i.e. including the deviations from the design drawings etc.
