This is a very, very, very, very broad question. There are thousands of languages in existance. You might, conceivably, get a couple of hundred languages in which the answer is yes, thrice as many for 'no', and a number of languages in which the answer depends on something. So, while I will leave this querry to the other members of KudoZ who might know of a language or two in which 'stolit' is indeed a word, be aware that you almost definitely will not get a perfect answer from a site like KudoZ. I suggest entering 'stolit' into search engines and online dictionaries (go to www.yourdictionary.com for a huge listing).

Stolit = If you do a google search you will find this word has a great number of hits, the majority of the hits throw up Russian pages, so I can only assume it is of Russian origin.
