It is in a restaurant. But I don't have a clear picture of what it is. A table, a chair or what?

there is a bank on either side of the table, no chairs
In some restaurants, particularly fast food places, there is an area where the tables have banks instead of chairs.

there are orange vinyl benches in a u shape around the table which probably, also, has an orange for

usually a booth includes two facing upholstered seats (single or double) AND the table between them
chances are the orange vinyl would be the covering of the seats, not the table
