Non-PRO Danish to English Other Education / Pedagogy Degree level education

Can anyone tell me whether this refers to engineering courses, or can it mean 'technical courses' in various subjects, or indeed 'specialist courses' (which I imagine is a bit vague). With reference to DB, described as 'videregående teknikeruddannelser' in a paragraph listing various statutory orders on various courses.
