English to Romanian Other Law: Contract(s)

Warranty is the contractual liability of XYZ company as a supplier versus their customer – which is e.g. the network provider, the distributor or any other trade partner to provide remedial actions in case of new devices exhibiting defects resulting from manufacturing and/or material faults within the warranty period.

Guarantee is a voluntary acceptance of the manufacturer to render services and offer remedial actions in case of defective XYZ or dual branded product towards the end-customer, also called manufacturer’s guarantee.
