DOES IT MEAN THAT THE WALLS ARE MADE OF STONES WITHOUT CEMENT BETWEEN THEM OR DOES IT MEAN THAT THE STONE WALL HAS NOT BEEN PLASTERED?

in a website on the house in question it seems the first solution is the right one
