con una data di scadenza (specifica o divergente), la data di scadenza del relativo contratto
sembra quasi che ci sia una struttura scatolata ma con una mancanza di virgole. potrebbe essere che la scadenza dei singoli contratti prevale rispetto alla scadenza generica del contratto di esclusivita'
