This is from plans for a resort-development project in Costa Rica. Under "Primera Etapa" it lists "Estacionamiento, Recepción y Administración, Villas Primera Etapa, Bodega de Blancos, Area de empleados, Caseta de Guardas, Sistema de Bombeo y Aspersores, Tanque de Captación General, Calles y Aceras." Under "Segunda Etapa" it lists the same things, plus "Juegos, Vestidores y Duchas; Lavandería, Área de Piscina, Bodega," with "Bodega de Blancos" also listed separately from "bodega."
I found "bodega de blancos" on an Internet web site in connection with a clinic, but still don't know what they're talking about.
Any help will be much appreciated.

: I'm inclined (not sure) to think not, since wine cellars (storage) do not tend to be on the ground floor (reception).
