English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

I, the undersigned, being the sole shareholder of A , a company registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism (“DET”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, license No 1198614, having its registered office at , Dubai, UAE (the "Company"), acting in accordance with the Memorandum of Association of the Company hereby adopt the following resolution:
1. RESOLVED THAT the Company will register and open a branch of the Company in Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone, the United Arab Emirates under the name and style of “ (DWTCA Branch) (the “Branch”). The Branch will be registered in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority and the United Arab Emirates.
