I am translating an invoice for medical tests given at a Quebec university hospital.
HON SFA - HONORAIRES DES MEDECINS, RADIOGRAPHIE POUMONS.
I know that these are doctor's fees for radiology, but what does the "SFA" stand for" Thanks in advance.

Alternative 2: "SFA" = Saint-François d'Assise Hôpital Saint-François d'Assise (HSFA) is one of the teaching hospitals in the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Québec (CHUQ) medical schools network. Maybe the radiology was done at HSFA and the invoice is reflecting this but without the "H" of "Hôpital." My reading of "HON SFA" would be medical fees corresponding to services rendered at HSFA.

Alternative 1: "SFA" = Service Fees Act It could by the acronym for the Canadian government's Service Fees Act (SFA) of 2017, which aims to improve "transparency, accountability and predictability for service fees" (Canadian government website) that the government charges its citizens. My reading of "HON SFA" would be medical fees that comply with the SFA.

Hôpital Saint-François d’Assise (SFA)
