This Austrian term occurs in a property transaction which lists restrictions on disposing of or making changes to property pledged for a loan.
The only references I found on the Internet were a few Austrian laws - in German - and I am wondering if anyone knows of any proper
translation.

Der Pfandgeber verpflichtet sich auch ausdrücklich, das auf der (den) Liegenschaft(en) befindliche rechtliche und tatsächliche Zubehör und Inventar (Punkt 2. dieses Vertrages) nicht zu veräußern oder gesondert zu verpfänden; er verzichtet ferner ausdrücklich auf das Recht, die ** Zubehörseigenschaft ** künftighin aufzuheben.
Das hiemit bestellte Pfandrecht erstreckt sich auf das gesamte rechtliche, tatsächliche, derzeitige und künftige Zubehör der verpfändeten Liegenschaft(en) und der auf derselben (denselben) errichteten Baulichkeiten, somit nicht nur auf alles, was erd-, mauer-, niet- und nagelfest ist, sondern auch auf alle darauf befindlichen Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und Einrichtungen, ferner auf das gesamte Inventar. (1) Accessories are movable things that, without being parts of the main thing, are intended to serve the economic purpose of the main thing and are in a spatial relationship to it that corresponds to this intention. A thing is not an accessory if it is not regarded as an accessory in business dealings.

Zubehör, Zugehör, whatever Austrians like to call it seems to be movable property classified as immovable for the purposes of that law. Contrary to what I assumed, it's therefore not chattel, but "nix Halbes, nix Ganzes," as Germans like to put it.

That's immovable property. We've had this before. Just can't remember where. The other part must be "tangible movable property."
