Fascia Plantar Accesoria

Feet muscles
I'm translating a presentation about ultrasound scans and there is a section on the muscles within a foot. It refers to the plantar fascia, which isn't an issue, but it refers to both a "fascia plantar principal" and a "fascia plantar accesoria". All the information I can find tells me that there is only one plantar fascia, whereas this text seems to suggest that there are two, a primary one and an auxiliary one.
Anyone have any expertise on this matter? And any idea what the correct terms for both would be?

lateral plantar fascia
Not my area of expertise at all, hence low confidence level, but if it is on the sides, as Chema mentions, then "lateral" seems a likely lexical choice.

Thanks to Hernan's link, we can see that "lateral" refers to the outer part of the foot and "medial" to the inner part or arch.

Example sentence:
The lateral plantar fascia overlies the abductor and flexor digiti minimi brevis.

So, lateral is the outside of the foot and medial is the inside. Interesting :)

unable to find your phrases in Spanish, which makes me suspicious. Best to look at the anatomy here:
