measure restricting their rights

A literal translation works fine, or you could just say restrictive measure.

restraining order

"Direitos" é redundância aqui. A restrição é obviamente de direitos.

neutral philgoddard : No, this is about abusive relationships between couples.

Ok.
disagree Gil D.D.P. : The translation "restraining order" is too ambiguous, with a connotation allusive to topics such as domestic or sexual abuse. I would translate it as "restrictive measure" instead.

injunctive relief

judicial ou extrajudicial : in or out of court: if the latter, it's entered on a written, 'behave himself' undertaking given by a Defendant to the Court acting within its inherent (own) jurisidiction / powers.

More civil -> 'celebração do presente contrato' vs. criminal context is needed for the O CONTRATADO e o INTERVENIENTE. I can't see where dometsic violence comes into the picture.
Example sentence:

Injunction relief—also known as injunctive relief or simply as an injunction—is a court order that prohibits an organization or an individual from taking a specific action.
