Acta de Convenciones y Estipulaciones
El acta de estipulaciones y convenciones no es mas que un contrato en el cual se establecen los acuerdos a los que han llegado las partes en un proceso de divorcio por mutuo consentimiento.
Para el acto de estipulaciones y convenciones suscrito ante Notario Público, los cónyuges deberán de:
Formalizar un inventario de todas sus propiedades (si existen algunas).
Acordar cuál de los cónyuges tendrá la guarda de los hijos, durante el divorcio (si hay hijos del matrimonio).
Decidir como será el Régimen de Visitas, a favor del cónyuge que no tenga la custodia.
Acordar cual será el monto de pensión de alimentos a favor de los hijos menores y dependientes.
Cualquier otra cuestión que sea acorde a las leyes y que se pueda acordar en este acto.
